In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles, ensuring each customer receives a top-quality experience. Duties Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, window tinting, and interior detailing to meet high standards of quality. Conduct buffing and polishing to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance visual appeal. Maintain cleanliness of the shop and yard area by performing janitorial and custodial tasks regularly. Assist with vehicle movement within the lot, including driving vehicles for inspections or repositioning. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries politely and professionally. Support additional detailing tasks such as vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and applying protective coatings. Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept organized, safe, and well-maintained. Requirements Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for vehicle movement responsibilities. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in all tasks performed. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day.
