The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and general labor, with the ability to work on various projects that require attention to detail and craftsmanship. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Assist in the restoration of surfaces including stucco and trim carpentry work. Perform fixture installation and other maintenance person tasks as needed. Build and assemble structures or components as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in painting is required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
