Job Description
Architectural Sign Painter Fusion Sign and Design is actively seeking an Architectural Sign Painter. Fusion Sign and Design, with our corporate office located in Riverside, CA, is a full-service sign manufacturer. Our Southern California office opened in 2007 and has expanded across six states with nine offices. Fusion Sign and Design provides consultation, design, project management, fabrication and installation services for a full line of interior, exterior and digital sign products. This opening is for our first shift at our corporate headquarters. The hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Fusion believes in leadership over management and promoting from within the company. We also offer quarterly, profit-based bonuses to our employees. Experience in the sign industry is a bonus!
POSITION
Architectural Sign PainterRESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary responsibilities include prepping and painting all types of architectural signage; including aluminum, sign foam, acrylics, PVC, wood, ACM, etc.
- The ideal candidate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while striving to improve the processes and capabilities of the entire department.
- This is a hands-on, working position.
- Must work well being self-directed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of hands-on production painting experience required, plus a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience with spray painting systems required.
- Experience with the Matthews Paint System is preferred.
- The ideal candidate must be self-directed and able to work with little oversight.
- This new associate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performance metrics.
- The selected candidate must pass a background check.
