Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced painters, general construction workers, and general laborers to support residential projects. Work includes interior and exterior painting, finishing work, and general site support. Ideal candidates are reliable, hard-working, and able to follow direction while also working independently.

Responsibilities:

Interior painting and finishing work (patching, drywall touch-ups, trim, detail work) Exterior painting and exterior maintenance support General construction and renovation support General labor tasks as needed (clean-up, moving materials, assisting trades) Maintain clean and safe job sites Complete work in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Previous experience in painting, construction, or general labor preferred Experience with interior finishing and exterior work a plus Must be self-employed / independent contractor Must be willing to work as a W-2 employee Must bring and maintain your own tools (painters/Skilled trades) Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and take direction as needed
