Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming using hand tools and power tools Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely on-site Support other construction activities when required Qualifications Knowledge of color theory and residential painting techniques is desirable Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and industrial painting equipment such as airless sprayers Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project scope and materials Strong attention to detail with excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols Embark on your summer journey with us!
