Willem Racké Studio has been a leader in luxury fine finishes for over 30 years. We are looking for reliable, full-time team members to help us serve our high-end clients. No experience? No problem. While experience is a plus, we are fully hands-on and ready to train the right person who wants to learn a high-value trade.

What You Will Do:

Prepare various surfaces for high-end paint and finish applications. Work cleanly and efficiently, both on a team and on your own. Keep track of progress with daily and weekly job reports. Maintain a professional look and attitude on luxury job sites.

Qualifications:

Painting experience is preferred, but not required—we will train you! Strong communication skills and good task organization. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to speak and understand English (Spanish bilingual is a plus). How to
