May lead to long-term. I'm hiring one or more experienced painters to join my team. We have jobs to begin working quickly. We use a tape and caulk method to get straight, razor crisp lines. This is required. I'm looking for someone who has good hygiene, a positive attitude, shows up on time, and works hard. My ideal candidate is teachable and coachable. We specialize in residential interior painting of client homes. We roll and brush everything. Limited exterior painting such as porches and doors. NO spraying. We work about 48 weeks a year. We focus on high quality work with razor crisp lines over speed. We paint all across the Denver metro area but the majority of our jobs are in the Central Park area. We will provide all of the tools, supplies, brushes, rollers, ladders etc. You can use your own brushes, rollers, and tools if you prefer. This is a position during the day Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with a lunch break. Pay starts off at $22-$26 per hour depending on experience and expertise and increases $1 per hour when quality, great work ethic, and speed are demonstrated after 4-6 months. I'll hire you as an employee, not a sub-contractor. I'll do a first day paid "audition" for you to show me your skills, experience, and speed. After one year of good attendance, you will be eligible for 5 days of paid time off.
