Pure Pressure Power Washing is seeking a self-motivated and dependable Painter/Staining Technician to join our team. This position focuses on residential and commercial painting and staining projects, including prep work, masking, and surface protection. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has the drive to excel both individually and in a team setting, and can maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform painting and staining on residential and commercial properties Properly mask and protect homes, surfaces, and surrounding areas Use painting and spraying equipment safely and effectively Complete prep work and cleanup for each job site Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of painting experience Experience with paint sprayers and related equipment Knowledge of proper masking and surface protection techniques Valid driver's license Reliable transportation/vehicle to get to and from work daily Clean motor vehicle record with no DUIs Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement) Ability to stand and work on feet for 8+ hours per day Strong work ethic and attention to detail Updated painting references required

Preferred Qualifications:

Pressure washing experience (not required)

Pay:

$18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
