Job Description:

We are seeking Experienced Residential/Commercial Painters to join our team. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a crew. Projects vary from high-end residential homes to light commercial buildings. Some commercial work may require short-term travel out of state.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, caulking, masking, etc.) Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of painting experience (residential and/or commercial) Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable transportation Willingness to travel for out-of-state projects (as needed) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Positive attitude and professional appearance
