CNC WIRE EDM OPERATOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wire EDM Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will operate and set up Wire Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM) to produce precision metal components with accuracy. Your expertise in Wire EDM Setups, operating, blueprint reading, and machining techniques will be essential in delivering high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. Wire EDM Machinist:

Pay•$25•$30/hr. based on experience. (more setup exp.= closer to $30) {2nd Shift/Hours} Monday•

Friday:

3pm-11pm (Paid Lunch) Setup, Operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously Use precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Make independent machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Actively monitor processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Perform skilled machine operation beyond basic push-button functions Must have the ability to work independently and as a team Salary is based on work experience. Experience with Agie-Charmilles Wire EDM's; using UNIQUA HMI or

AC CUT HMI

Controls is a plus

Experience/Requirements:

3+ years' experience setting up Wire EDM's Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders Familiarity with precision measuring instruments beneficial Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Some proven job stability

HS Diploma or Equivalent Pay:
