Responsibilities Commercial painting of existing buildings Ability to manage painting quality on every project Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong verbal and written communications Ensure safe working conditions Maintain tools and equipment used Exhibit exceptional customer service Must be able to take direction from supervisor and work within a team 3 years painting experience within a Leadership Role Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in the commercial painting field preferred Construction management: 2 years (Required) Driver's License (Required) Able to lift 50 lbs and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet Reliable transportation to and from job sites Able to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or Holidays as needed Authorized to work in the United States'
