Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming for proper paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Safely operate ladders and lifts to complete work at heights Follow project specifications and maintain high-quality standards Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule Keep work areas clean and organized Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and airless spray equipment Experience working on active job sites with a solid understanding of safety practices Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
