Travelling Team Lead Painter - Jacksonville, FL

We are a growing commercial and industrial painting contractor seeking a Traveling Team Lead Painter to oversee and run job sites. This role is responsible for leading crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise painting crews on active job sites Coordinate daily work, materials, and production Ensure quality control and adherence to project specs Communicate with project managers and clients Maintain job site safety and OSHA compliance

Requirements:

3+ years of commercial painting experience Proven experience leading crews / running job sites Ability to travel for projects Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license

Job Types:

Full-time, Seasonal Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
