Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across residential and commercial spaces! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming surfaces with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Whether working on remodeling, renovation, or maintenance projects, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the aesthetic and structural integrity of various environments. Responsibilities:
Prep surfaces: scrape, sand, patch, caulk, mask, and prime Apply primers, paints, and coatings by brush, roller, and sprayer on interior and exterior surfaces Work on drywall, stucco, CMU, metal, and wood Assist with waterproofing and sealant applications as assigned Set up and break down work areas; protect adjacent finishes and property Follow all site safety rules and complete punch list items
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial) Solid prep and finish skills with clean, straight lines Experience with waterproofing applications — elastomeric coatings, sealants, caulking, or traffic coatings — is a plus Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Keys conditions
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
