This role involves performing a variety of manual labor tasks alongside skilled painting duties, contributing to the successful completion of industrial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction painting techniques. This position offers an opportunity to develop versatile skills in both general labor and specialized painting applications within a dynamic work environment. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, scraping, and surface repairs, ensuring optimal adhesion and finish quality. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform work as needed. Other laborious duties as assigned Must be able to lift 55 lbs Schedule & Salary Starts at 6 am Overtime available Starts at $20
