Become an active member of the team. Through experience and training, the Maintenance Technicians should acquire all the skills to Rise Up and assume the Maintenance Supervisor's responsibilities. About ResProp What you'll be doing as an interior painter: Interior prep and painting as needed in vacant apartments Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day. Providing excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors. Maintaining property value by performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. Ensuring Resident satisfaction by preparing vacant apartments for move in. Ensuring a safe work environment by identifying any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs on the property and correcting them and/or reporting them to the Maintenance Supervisor. Using software applications to track work and personal performance. Be a part of a team handling a variety of tasks in an always developing environment.

What you must have:

At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in the multifamily or related industry Trade skills related to painting. Must live within 30 minutes of community Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
