TITLE:

Painting Worker

REQUIREMENTS

24 months of experience as a Painter.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

1 month of Lead Renovator (RRP) Training Course; and possession of an Official

OSHA DOL

Card.

JOB DUTIES

Perform residential and commercial painting services, including surface preparation, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and cleaning. Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking materials. Mix and match paint colors. Operate ladders, scaffolding, and painting tools. Perform minor surface repairs as needed. Ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Clean work areas and disposes of materials properly.

SALARY:

$52,229 per year.
