Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented painter with at least 3 years of professional experience in both residential interior and exterior painting. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of clean lines and surface prep, and brings a high level of professionalism to every project.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience (interior and exterior) Must be proficient in: Surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, patching) Cutting in clean lines Caulking and puttying surfaces Rolling and brushing techniques for even finishes General job site cleanliness and care Must have reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Preferred:

Experience with faux finishes, limewash, or Venetian plaster (training available for the right candidate) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience and craftsmanship. The starting rate will be at $18hrs. Growth opportunities are available as we expand our team of decorative finish professionals.
