Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter / Finisher and bring spaces to life with expert craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail! In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, finishes, and coatings to a variety of surfaces, transforming commercial architectural millwork into polished masterpieces. Your skills will help create inviting environments, ensuring quality work that meets client expectations and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your versatility with painting and finishing high end products . Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and repairing to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, primers, and specialty coatings using air assisted spray pumps Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine paint requirements and project specifications Execute commercial painting projects with precision while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation and finishing touches Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly Requirements Proven experience in construction painting, industrial painting, or related fields with a strong understanding of color theory and surface preparation techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and basic math for estimating paint quantities and measurements Ability to operate hand tools such as scrapers, putty knives, as well as power tools including spray guns and sanders Experience with renovation projects involving remodeling or restoration work across residential or commercial sites Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality finishes that elevate spaces!
