Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and painting, with the ability to work effectively in various environments, including residential and commercial settings. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and performing general labor tasks to ensure high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed. Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Assist with fixture installation and caulking to enhance the overall appearance of projects. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Conduct restoration work on previously painted surfaces to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks and remodeling projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Experience Proven experience in commercial painting or similar roles is preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Knowledge of working on construction sites and understanding safety protocols is essential. Experience using power tools and hand tools effectively in various applications. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
