We are committed to providing an Awesome Guest Experience and maintaining high-quality facilities for our guests and associates. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Painter to join our Facilities team. This position is primarily responsible for interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and finishing projects throughout Tony Group dealerships and facilities. The ideal candidate will have professional painting experience, knowledge of painting and coatings, and proficiency with various painting tools and equipment. This position supports facilities across Oʻahu and the neighbor islands, with occasional inter-island travel required. The Facilities Painter may also assist the Facilities team with general maintenance and facility projects as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting throughout Tony Group facilities. Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and minor repairs. Select, recommend and apply appropriate paints, primers, coatings, and finishes for various surfaces. Safely operate brushes, rollers, paint sprayers, ladders, scissor lifts, and other painting equipment. Assess painting needs and estimate materials and supplies required for projects. Protect surrounding areas and maintain clean, safe workspaces. Properly maintain painting tools, equipment, materials, and supplies. Follow all manufacturer guidelines and company safety procedures. Travel between Tony Group locations on Oʻahu and occasionally to neighbor islands as needed. Assist the Facilities Manager and Facilities team with general maintenance and facility projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Previous professional or commercial painting experience required. Knowledge of surface preparation, paints, primers, coatings, and application methods. Proficiency with brushes, rollers, paint sprayers, and related equipment. Ability to perform patching and minor surface repairs. Ability to safely work from ladders and scissor lifts. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel between Tony Group locations, including occasional inter-island travel. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and lift or carry painting equipment and materials. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions and safely use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
