In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of skills from surface preparation to finishing touches. The ideal candidate is energetic, precise, and passionate about delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primers, paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools and power tools such as spray guns and brushes Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, stucco application, and drywall finishing for seamless results Execute various types of painting projects including residential interiors/exteriors, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and restoration sites Use construction estimating skills to assess project needs and determine material quantities and timeframes Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, moldings, and other decorative or functional components as needed Operate painting equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on-site Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly 18 years old or older Willing to work with others Not afraid of heights Apply here: https://collegeworks.com/painters/apply/?mc=92136
