Production SupervisorPURPOSE OF POSITION
Paint correct parts, components, and products as scheduled according to company and customer specifications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. More specifically, the employee owner will: Be familiar with shipping paperwork including but not limited to shipping order, bill of lading, transfer sheet, packing list and UPS tags. Clean, prepare and paint pulleys Prepare orders for shipment including palletizing according to company and customer specifications. Verify the quality of workmanship for products leaving and entering the facility Record Manometer readings and paint waste daily. Change thinner and paint drum when necessary. Color code product when specified. Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance in the paint booth area including cleaning of the paint gun, filters, hand tools, and other related accessories. Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.QUALIFICATIONS

Possesses strong math along with written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates ability to prioritize effectively, multitask accurately, and execute successfully High level of time management and attention to detail required Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Regular, consistent attendance.EDUCATION
- EXPERIENCE
- COMPUTER SKILLS High school diploma or a general education degree (GED): or One to three months related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
