Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic House Painter to transform residential spaces with expert craftsmanship and vibrant color schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, stains, and finishes, and ensuring each project meets high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and mastery of various painting techniques will help bring clients' visions to life while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your artistry and technical expertise in diverse renovation projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and scraping to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply primers, paints, stains, sealers, and finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Perform specialized tasks including caulking and stucco patching to enhance the overall finish. Maintain a clean and safe work site by following proper safety protocols on construction sites or renovation environments. Qualifications Willingness to learn - no prior painting experience needed Hard-working Comfortable with long days outside in the heat No fear of heights Capable of carrying 50 lbs.
