In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes across residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally. ⸻ Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of surface preparation including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and masking A pply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers with precision
• Ensure clean lines and professional-quality finishes, including cutting in and detail work Set up and maintain job sites, including ladders, scaffolding, and equipment
• Read and follow project specifications, including color matching and material selection Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects stay on schedule ⸻ Requirements
• Proven experience as a painter in residential and/or commercial settings
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Experience with airless sprayers, brushing, rolling, and finishing work
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
• Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
• Experience with minor drywall repair or trim work is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must
