In this energetic role, you will assist experienced painters in preparing and completing residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will help ensure high-quality finishes on time and within scope. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction painting, renovation, and maintenance while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist painters with surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, caulking, and masking to ensure smooth paint application Prepare work sites by moving materials, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools and supplies using hand tools and power tools Support the application of paint using airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, or other equipment under supervision Help with the installation of fixtures, and restoration projects to achieve precise results Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly disposing of debris brush and roll walls and Trim Requirements Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites 3 Months Experience or interest in residential painting, commercial painting, or renovation projects is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working at heights Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills such as spraying, Rolling and cutting in Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications Previous handyman experience or carpentry skills such as trim carpentry or frame carpentry is advantageous Willingness to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment valid drivers license Reliable transportation must be able to pass a background check Join us in creating beautiful spaces!
