Experienced Painter Wanted Pay:

What You'll Do You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes across residential and commercial projects: Prep like a pro: sanding, caulking, patching, masking, priming Apply coatings with brush, roller, and sprayer —clean, efficient, and consistent Handle detailed finish work (trim, doors, windows, fascia, shutters, etc.) Follow work orders while working independently or with a crew Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Set up ladders/scaffolding and handle materials responsibly Keep tools in top condition Communicate effectively with team members and leaders Safety Matters Here Use proper PPE at all times Follow all job site safety protocols Operate equipment and ladders safely Report hazards and participate in safety meetings Contribute to a culture where everyone looks out for each other What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred Strong eye for detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights Reliable transportation & consistent attendance Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay: $25-$30 DOE Full-time, year-round stability + overtime opportunities Medical insurance (50% company-paid after 90 days) 401(k) with up to 3.5% company match Paid holidays & paid time off Dental, vision, and life insurance options Weekly pay Career advancement & skill development opportunities Ready to Join a Team That Values Your Craft?
