Painter/Painter Helper

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Painter Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and the ability to perform general labor tasks. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. The Painter/Laborer will be responsible for completing painting projects, maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting with various construction tasks as needed. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience in painting, including commerical painting techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work hours. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
