Experienced Painter

Job Description:

Arrow Painting is looking for a reliable, skilled painter to join our growing team. We take pride in high-quality work, professionalism, and strong team culture.

Responsibilities:

Prep surfaces (pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking) Mask and protect surrounding areas Apply paint using brush, roller, and sprayer Complete interior and exterior painting projects Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:

1+ year painting experience preferred (will train the right person) Knowledge of prep and finish work Ability to use sprayers and painting tools Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail
