Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Painter and bring vibrant, flawless finishes to cabinetry projects across residential and commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying high-quality paint and finishes, and ensuring every cabinet meets our rigorous standards for durability and aesthetics. Your expertise in various painting techniques, stain techniques, surface preparation, and renovation processes will help transform spaces and elevate interior environments. We are committed to fostering a lively, supportive work atmosphere where your skills make a tangible difference. Responsibilities Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, filling imperfections, and masking to ensure smooth paint application. Apply primers, paints, stains, lacquers, and other finishes using hand tools or airless spray equipment with precision. Read blueprints, schematics, and schematics to understand project specifications and color schemes. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for surface prep, fixture installation, or minor repairs during renovation projects. Conduct quality inspections to verify color consistency, finish smoothness, and adherence to project standards. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Skills Extensive experience with residential and commercial painting techniques including airless paint spraying and stain spraying. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute detailed projects accurately. Knowledge of color theory principles to achieve desired aesthetic effects; ability to match colors precisely.
Pay:
$24.31 - $30.27 per hour
