Experienced Painter / Lead Painter $26-$32 per hour | Full-Time Omega Painting LLC Omega Painting LLC is hiring 2-3 highly experienced painters to join our team. We are looking for skilled, dependable professionals who take pride in their work, have strong leadership qualities, and can step onto a job site ready to contribute. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience , with 10+ years strongly preferred . Pay $26.00-$32.00 per hour , based on experience, demonstrated skill level, leadership ability, and overall qualifications. What We're Looking For We are looking for experienced painters who: Have 5+ years of professional painting experience; 10+ years preferred Have strong leadership skills and are capable of helping lead a crew Can work independently without constant supervision Have extensive interior and exterior painting experience Are highly skilled with brush and roll applications Are experienced and confident with spraying Understand professional prep, masking, protection, and application procedures Can identify problems and make good job-site decisions Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Have excellent attention to detail Maintain clean and organized job sites Are dependable, punctual, and consistent Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, supervisors, and coworkers Take ownership of their work and help keep projects moving Job Responsibilities Work may include residential and commercial interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, masking and protection, spraying, brushing, rolling, doors and trim, drywall and paint touch-ups, and other professional painting-related work. Our experienced painters are expected to understand what a properly prepared and professionally finished paint job should look like without needing every step explained to them. Painters in leadership roles may also help direct crew members, organize daily work, maintain productivity and quality, identify potential issues, and communicate project needs with management. 90-Day Probationary Period All new hires will complete a 90-day probationary period . During this time, we will evaluate overall workmanship, painting knowledge and skill, productivity, reliability, punctuality, communication, attitude, ability to work with the crew, job-site cleanliness, leadership ability, and ability to meet Omega Painting's quality standards. Continued employment following the probationary period will be based on successful job performance and overall fit with the company. Interview Process Our hiring process begins with a phone interview . Candidates will be asked about their professional painting experience, previous employers and responsibilities, spraying experience, the types of projects they have completed, and any crew-lead or supervisory experience. Applicants who successfully pass the phone interview will be invited to an in-person interview. We are looking for experienced career painters, so please be prepared to discuss your experience and skill level in detail.
