Since 1994, Industrial & Custom Powder Coating (ICPC) has served a wide customer base throughout Central Illinois. Consistent quality and service has resulted in continued growth, creating the need to add one full time employee to our current team. A premium will be placed on the following attributes. Attention to detail. Team player willing to go above their specific role when needed. Training will be done on the job, in a fast-paced environment. Once fully trained, the new employee will take part in all aspects of the powder coating process. Regular work hours at ICPC are Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 5:15pm, with a break for lunch at noon. Overtime is required at times, depending on the amount of work. The minimum starting pay for this position is $17/hour, with the possibility for more depending on how the candidate is evaluated.
