The Ragsdale Company is a high-end residential painting, decorating and finishing company with a niche focus on kitchen/bath renovations and custom cabinetry/millwork. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Painter to join our team as a Crew Member . Proficiencies Knowledge and experience working on high-end interiors and exteriors Painting (cutting, rolling, brushing, exceptional cut lines and enameling) Spraying (familiar with airless, HVLP) Drywall repair (mudding, taping) Pressure washing Color mixing & matching skills (preferred) Familiar with wallpaper removal and hanging procedures (preferred) Proficient w/ smart phone Responsibilities Execute residential painting projects with precision and attention to detail. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Utilize hand tools and equipment to apply paint and finishes. Read work orders and collaborate with team members to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Assist with drywall repairs and renovations as required. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5yrs experience Legal to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Comfortable with heights Owns basic hand tools Willingness to learn Open to training
