In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces by painting , and ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your enthusiasm for craftsmanship, safety, and precision will help us deliver exceptional results. Work Duties Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, caulking, plastering, and surface repair to ensure paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting and the use of paint sprayers for efficient coverage Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform surface preparation, and minor repairs as needed Assist with renovation projects involving drywall finishing, and general maintenance tasks Experience Proven experience in construction or industrial painting with a strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application techniques Hands-on experience with various painting tools including brushes, rollers, spray guns (conventional and construction spray), and power tools Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction painting environments and proper use of respiratory protection equipment Prior work on residential, commercial, or industrial sites demonstrating the ability to work efficiently within a team or independently Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship!
