Overview Preemo Painting & Repairs Inc. is recruiting experienced and dedicated House Painters and Subcontractors to join our professional family operated and owned team. This role involves delivering high-quality residential Exterior and Interior painting services across the western suburbs including Naperville and Aurora. Workers must be comfortable working on ladders and have reliable transportation. Candidates that demonstrate strong leadership qualities and solid work ethics will be fast-tracked to crew leader positions.

Duties Preparation & Setup:

execute proper setup and preparation of all areas prior to painting/staining.

Equipment Operation:

Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely and effectively to reach high or difficult areas.

Painting & Staining:

Apply paint or stain to Exterior and Interior surfaces including cedar and pine siding and trim as well as Interior ceilings, walls and trim using brush and roller.

Safety Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations by utilizing respiratory protection equipment (where applicable) and follow established safety protocols during all operations.

Client Collaboration:

communicate with project managers and clients to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.

Drywall & Prep Work:

Experience with drywall installation/repair, plastering,

Pay:

$21.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
