House Painter

Professional Interior/exterior Painters 2+years experience Preemo Painting & Repairs Inc. is looking to hire Interior/exterior home painters. We are looking for energetic, hardworking effective team players. We offer a solid family owned and operated company that's been serving the community for over a decade dedicated to delivering the highest quality craftsmanship. We prefer applicants with between 2 and 10 years of interior and exterior painting experience, however, we are willing to train those who are looking to get into the painting trade. Our employee's and Sub-Contractors are required maintain a positive and professional attitude, as well as deliver excellent quality work. Employees will also be required to work with and on ladders. The majority of work is located in the western suburbs along rout 59 from Plainfield to Barington. We work in a drug and alcohol-free environment. We support our troops by hiring veterans. We are now excepting Sub-Contractors $18 to $30+ an hour, wages are based on experience, skill level, professionalism, dedication & loyalty. Painter/Crew Leaders Responsibilities,

• Know and Implement the Company Procedures
• Ensure that work is completed Correctly, Safely and in a Timely manner
• Oversee cost effectiveness and proper clean up and disposal of materials.
• Assign tasks to workers and Communicate with Suppliers and Customers.
• Oversee Quality Control
• Report to Supervisor regularly
• Have current Valid drivers license and transportation
• Present and maintain a Professional Demeanor
• Cooperate and Problem Solve with Coworkers
