What You'll Do:

Job Site Management :

Oversee a crew of 3-5+ painters, ensuring materials, equipment, and team members are ready to deliver exceptional results. You'll ensure all projects meet

Team Leadership :

Lead and coach your team to drive performance, conduct daily huddles, and develop crew members' skills.

Customer Interaction :

Be the main point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring their needs are met. Handle any concerns, manage work orders, and ask for reviews.

Communication and Reporting :

Keep management informed on project status and potential issues. Maintain accurate job site records, including material use, hours worked, and customer feedback.

What You Bring:

5+ years of professional painting experience. 1+ year of leadership experience in painting, construction, or home services. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage project logistics. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English and Spanish) Why
