If you are new to the trade or still building foundational skills, this role is not a fit. We are assembling a team of proven craftsmen who take full ownership of their work and hold themselves to a high standard on every job. We work on high-end residential and specialty projects where quality is the only acceptable outcome. The clients we serve expect precision, professionalism, and discretion — and so do we. What We're Looking For You are the right candidate if you bring: Demonstrated, hands-on painting experience across a range of residential and specialty applications Mastery of surface prep, coating systems, and application techniques — clean lines and smooth finishes are non-negotiable The ability to work independently, manage your time, and take full responsibility for your results Consistent reliability: you show up on time, communicate clearly, and follow through Professionalism and trustworthiness in clients' homes and on job sites Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation — required References required — you will be asked to provide professional references, and they will be contacted Background check required — all candidates must clear a background check prior to hire Proven experience in the trade — this position will not be used to develop entry-level skills The Work High-end residential painting and specialty finish projects Detailed prep work and multi-coat coating systems Fine finish work where attention to detail defines the result Environments where doing it right matters more than doing it fast Who Should Apply If you are a skilled painter who treats the trade as a craft, holds yourself accountable to a high standard, and presents yourself professionally in every setting — we want to hear from you.
