Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Outdoor/Indoor Painter and play a key role in maintaining and improving the appearance and durability of our facilities. This hands-on position involves both interior and exterior painting projects, offering a mix of detail-oriented work and physical activity. From surface preparation to final coatings, your contributions will directly impact the quality and longevity of our spaces. Duties Perform exterior painting tasks including surface preparation, scraping, sanding, priming, and painting buildings, fences, and other structures Complete interior painting projects such as walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces with attention to detail and finish quality Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, covering fixtures, taping edges, and protecting surrounding areas Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Inspect surfaces for damage and perform minor repairs such as patching holes or sealing cracks before painting Operate painting tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition Load and unload materials such as paint, ladders, scaffolding, and supplies as needed Follow all safety procedures, especially when working at heights or with chemicals Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout each project Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Comfortabale working at heights, like ladders and scaffolding Reliable, dependable, and motivated to learn Ability to work in a team based environment and willingness to listen to instruction Strong attention ot detail and commitment to quality Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and indoors in residential, commercial, or warehouse settings Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean lines and high-quality finishes Willingness to learn painting techniques, surface preparation, and proper equipment use Basic knowledge of painting tools and materials is a plus, but not required (training provided) Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment Summary This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in visible results, and want to build practical skills in painting and surface finishing. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
