Residential Painter

Position Overview We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as painters. No experience is required, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation of surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. Apply paint and stain to various surfaces including walls, decks, fences, and more. Work safely on ladders and scaffolding as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client satisfaction. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Comfortable working at heights, including using ladders and scaffolding. Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn. Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
