Painter/Laborer

Shift Sunday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting and general labor in hotel or apartment settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of painting and be able to work solo in a team environment to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Perform painting tasks, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications. Assist with fixture installation and remodeling projects as required. Execute caulking, drywall repair, and plastering tasks to maintain structural integrity. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and maintained. Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing support as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in painting or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with fixture installation, remodeling techniques, caulking and drywall, is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
