Conduct minor repairs and handyman duties including fixing fixtures, assembling furniture, and handling basic electrical or plumbing issues. Prepare properties for occupancy by making ready rooms through cleaning, repairs, and aesthetic improvements. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate equipment to ensure hygienic environments. Manage outdoor work tasks like landscaping cleanup or exterior surface maintenance as needed. Utilize cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or related roles with a focus on sanitation and surface cleaning. Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting when necessary. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple properties or projects. Customer service aptitude with clear communication skills for client interaction and feedback.
