you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services across residential, and commercial. Your expertise will ensure surfaces are properly prepared, coated, and finished to meet exacting standards while adhering to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to transformative renovation and restoration projects that enhance our clients' spaces. Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, plastering, drywall installation, caulking, and surface priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability Apply paint using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (including airless and conventional spray techniques), and construction spray painting for diverse surfaces and project requirements Operate hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers, and scaffolding safely and efficiently to achieve smooth finishes on walls, ceilings, fixtures, stucco, masonry, and structural elements Perform surface repairs such as patching holes, replacing drywall sections, restoring stucco or masonry surfaces, and installing fixtures or hardware as needed Follow safety regulations rigorously by using respiratory protection equipment and adhering to safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries Skills Extensive experience in residential painting Skilled in commercial and residential painting techniques with knowledge of coating types suitable for various environments Expertise in surface preparation including drywall finishing, plastering, masonry work, concrete finishing, and restoration projects is a plus Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers; power tools including drills and sanders; spray equipment like airless paint sprayers; and scaffolding or ladder use for elevated work Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction site work along with proper use of respiratory protection

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
