We're looking for someone with some professional trade experience who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things well, and wants to develop into something more. If you're ambitious, comfortable with technology, and want to be more than a great painting technician , this role can grow into Lead Painter, Project Manager, or Paint Sales / Estimating . You'll start in the field, learn our systems and standards, and earn your way into greater responsibility. What You'll Do Interior and exterior residential painting Surface preparation, masking, patching, and cleanup Work safely on ladders and at heights Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Communicate with your supervisor and homeowners Use your phone for photos, notes, and simple apps Learn how to plan and manage production Heights Are Part of the Job Exterior painting involves ladders, elevated work areas, and working at heights. This isn't for everyone. You don't need years of painting experience, but you must have some prior experience in a trade or hands-on work environment where tools, job sites, ladders, or similar conditions are part of the work. Experience in painting, carpentry, roofing, siding, construction, remodeling, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, or another hands-on trade is a plus.
