Painter Residential Painting (Full-Time)

Job Overview We are looking for a Residential Painter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who can produce clean, high-quality work while contributing to a small crew. Work takes place at residential job sites throughout Western Massachusetts, typically within 25 miles of West Hatfield, MA . Your shift will begin and end at the job location. Responsibilities Mask and protect surrounding surfaces Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking) Paint using brush, roller, and/or airless sprayer Maintain clean cut lines and high-quality finishes Follow lead-safe work practices when required Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts Maintain clean and organized job sites Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining company quality standards Requirements At least 3 years of residential painting experience Reliable transportation to job sites Must be willing to work on lead paint projects following lead-safe work practices Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts Ability to lift and maneuver heavy ladders and equipment, including extension ladders weighing up to 120 lbs MEWP Operator Certification (boom/scissor lift) preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliability is key.
