Painter Helper Job Type:

Full-Time We are looking for a dependable and hardworking painter to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working both independently and taking direction. Responsibilities Assist with interior and exterior painting projects Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and masking Set up and clean up job sites and equipment Protect floors, furniture, windows, and other surfaces Load, unload, and organize painting materials and tools Prepare paint as directed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow instructions and safety procedures Perform other general duties as needed Qualifications Previous painting or construction experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and work hard Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work on ladders and perform physical work Ability to lift and carry painting supplies and equipment Good attention to detail and a positive attitude Must be able to work well with a team What We Offer Opportunities to learn and advance Steady work for reliable employees Friendly, professional work environment
