Brush Bros. is looking for an experienced and highly reliable painter to join us for upcoming projects. This position will involve primarily exterior residential painting, with some interior work as needed. Reliability is our #1 priority. We need someone who shows up when expected, communicates well, and can be trusted to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Starting pay is $20/hour with significant potential for pay increases based on performance, quality of work, and attendance/reliability. We want to reward people who prove themselves and become a dependable part of our team. Responsibilities

• -Complete primarily exterior residential painting, with some interior projects
• Properly prep surfaces, including scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming
• Apply paint cleanly and professionally using appropriate methods
• Work independently without needing constant supervision
• Maintain Brush Bros.' standards for quality and attention to detail
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of customers' property
• Communicate clearly about job progress, materials, or potential issues
• Follow proper safety practices, particularly when working on ladders and exterior projects Requirements
• Previous professional painting experience required
• Must be comfortable with both exterior and interior residential painting
• Ability to complete proper prep work—not just apply paint
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders
