We're looking for a reliable, hardworking painter with experience to join our growing team. This position includes a wide variety of maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on interior and exterior painting throughout the year. • Interior and exterior painting (prep, patching, caulking, priming, and finish coats)
• Drywall repairs and surface preparation
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools
• Experience with residential or commercial painting preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction, maintenance, and repair techniques
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Property maintenance or construction experience is a plus What We Offer
