Responsibilities:

Perform exterior painting Perform interior painting on common areas of apartment buildings. Properly prepare wall surfaces. Light drywall repairs. Complete projects within timelines. High quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years painting experience. Extensive knowledge in residential painting and surface preparation. Drywall repair. Valid Driver's license
