EXPERIENCED PAINTER

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting, with experience in various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on various construction projects. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Understand and apply color theory to achieve desired results. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. Perform plastering, caulking, and other finishing techniques to ensure smooth surfaces. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; utilize hand tools and power tools safely. Conduct restoration work on existing structures as needed. Assist in renovation projects by providing painting services that enhance the overall aesthetic. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on construction sites. Requirements Proven experience in residential and commercial painting. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Prior experience on construction sites is preferred; knowledge of renovation processes is advantageous.
